Maintenance / Operations

Turpin Meadow Ranch is looking for that special someone with a certain set of skills.  We are looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades to oversee the facilities and grounds maintenance of our beautiful ranch.  Must have small electrical, construction, and plumbing skills.   Some of the daily tasks will include but are not limited to Firewood, Painting, Small Plumbing and Electrical Repairs, Lawn Care, Water, and Septic System Maintenance, and small construction repair projects.   Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and most importantly the ability to take and implement directions are paramount to the success of this position.

Skill Sets must include:

1. Safely operate hand and power tools.
2. Safely lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
3. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to drive standard transmission vehicles and assorted farm equipment
4. Must have a current First Aid / CPR card

Salary based on experience and seasonal commitment.
