Turpin Meadow Ranch is located in Moran, Wyoming, approximately an hour drive from downtown Jackson. We are about 45 minutes from the Jackson Hole airport. We do not currently offer airport transportation and recommend guests rent a car during their visits. If that is not an option, Old West Transportation provides tax service to the ranch.

LOCATION

Yes. The valley surrounding the town of Jackson is considered Jackson Hole. So even though we are one hour from the town of Jackson, we are still in Jackson Hole.

Unfortunately, we do not offer airport transportation. We always recommend guests rent a car during their visits. If that is not an option, Old West Transportation provides taxi service to the ranch.

We are one hour from the South entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

We are located 25 minutes the entrance of Grand Teton National Park. We have an incredible view of the Teton Range from the ranch.

LODGING

Our rooms have a Keurig coffee machine and mini fridge, but no kitchenette.

We have eight cabins on property and two chalet buildings. The chalet buildings are 200 yards from the lodge. The closest cabin is 25 yards from the lodge while the furthest cabin is 150 yards away.

We do not have additional beds to add to our rooms. Our single-room cabins sleep two. The two-room cabins can accommodate four people. The King chalet sleeps two people, while the Queen plus lofts chalet can handle six guests.

No, but we are happy to bring one to your room if needed.

No. Our rates are per night and includes a hot buffet breakfast. All other meals and activities are a la carte. Buy-out events and wilderness pack trips can be made all inclusive. Please call the front desk for information.

No, we have eight cabins and six chalets.

ACTIVITIES

Yes, we strongly encourage you to book activities a month in advance. This will give you the best chance to get the activities you want, when you want. The best way to book your activities is to call the front desk where our concierge service will help create the ideal list of adventures. They are also able to help book your off-site activities.

We do not offer rafting or tubing on property and we don’t suggest tubing the Buffalo Fork. Whitewater rafting is located in the town of Jackson and the closest scenic float is 40 minutes from the ranch.

We offer limited drift boat trips. Please give the front desk a call to discuss options.

Wyoming fishing licenses can be purchased at any local angler store in Downtown Jackson or online at Wyoming Game and Fish’s website. Follow the link here.

Unfortunately, weeklong all-inclusive packages are not available.

DINING

Yes. Please call the front desk prior to arriving so we can make sure the kitchen is aware and we can be prepared.

Yes! Overnight guests may order food to-go or take out from any of our menu offerings and may dine in your rooms. Day guests may order take out from our lunch and dinner menus to eat outside by the fire or under propane heaters or to take home. Learn more about it and view our current menus on our dining page.
