Breakfast offers omelets, eggs made to order, fresh fruits, pastries made in-house, as well as daily features. On Sunday we offer a brunch served at ten o’clock. Lunches are served on a seasonal menu. During the summer months, we serve items such as Thai watermelon salad, cucumber sandwiches, fresh ground Certified Black Angus burgers, as well as an assortment of game and fish to choose from.
Dinner is of the utmost importance at the ranch. I, Chef Jason Campbell, take great pride in the entrees that are served from my kitchen. I am sure that you will enjoy every meal. We have worked very hard to change the concept of ranch food to a finer dining experience. On occasion we offer meals around a picnic table and camp fire, but in a way you’ve never experienced before.
